Sorry for the delay, I was sick. Here you go.

For no apparent reason at all, I got some sort of food poisoning (at least most of the symptoms matched). None of the people that live with me (and ate the same food) got sick. I've no clue what happened there.

It wasn't like I couldn't have sat down to translate anyway, but I was feeling so debilitated that I just couldn't be bothered with anything. Not like it mattered to my mother, who still sent me shopping multiple times among other things. Imagine spending around an hour walking outside with the fear that you'll piss yourself out your arse in public (was really close at one time). Not fun.

I felt around 83% fine yesterday so I finally got to it, and today I'm feeling 91% alright, so it seems I'm past the worst of the symptoms. Like, the night three days ago was the worst. I was going to the toilet every ~45 minutes. Weighing myself in the morning I found that I lost around 7 litres of water in total (dunno how much it was specifically due to that night since I only weighted myself at the start when I got sick).

I know it's recommended to rehydrate immediately, but that night I just wanted to sleep (only managed to fall asleep for a few hours at around 7 AM) so I was avoiding drinking water, meaning that number should be quite accurate. And it seems all that water managed to take with it most of whatever is making me sick, since I started feeling much better when I woke up.

Sorry for ranting on this sort of topic, but this is one of the few places where I can, being my own website and all. I know nobody cares, but it's therapeutic, like writing a diary.
